Award for Turgay Ciner from Association of Advertising Agencies

"Communication Tops (CT) Awards", which is given for the second time by the Association of Advertising Agencies and has theme of "Excellence in Communication", found their owners. Award of "Media" category was given to Turgay Ciner who is Chairman of the Board of Ciner Group in this night.

Yiğit Şardan, who is Chairman of the Board of the Association of Advertising Agencies, stated in the ceremony opened before Sabancı Museum and organized in Seed that they discovered that communication sector has not such an award ceremony and that they started to give award yesterday for the first time.

Şardan, stating that only the bests are not selected in these awards, said that “In fact, this is a loyalty ceremony. We remember and award people who made very important works in the sector, made great contribution to the sector and who left mark in this night. Şardan presented ''special'' awards to their owners, occupational masters and those leaving marks in the sector, after his speech. Bülent Erkmen was awarded in ''Agency'' category, Erol Moralı and Hulki Artunç were awarded in ''Media'' category, journalist Hıncal Uluç, Emin Karamehmet who is Chairman of the Board of Çukurova Holding and Turgay Ciner who is Chairman of the Board of Ciner Group were awarded in ''Advertiser'' category, Bülent Eczacıbaşı, who is Chairman of the Board of Eczacıbaşı Holding, Ersin Özince, General Manager of Türkiye İş Bank and Firuz Kanatlı, who is Honorary President of the Group of Companis of Eti were awarded in ''Occupation'' category and Prof. Dr. Alaeddin Asna, who is public relations specialist, and musician Atilla Özdemiroğlu and Halit Kıvanç were also awarded.
